Serino, President and Owner, has been in the industry for over 45 years, personally supervising all phases of construction.  He currently holds a Certified Pool Builders license, issued by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Construction Industry Licensing Board.  This license qualifies him to operate throughout the State of Florida under the provisions of Chapter 489, FS, in the construction and remodel of both commercial and residential swimming pools and spas as well as patio areas.

As a premier one stop pool professional, we provide complete installation, service, and repair of all equipment while offering safety and energy efficient products. We specialize in changing the existing shapes and sizes of pools as well as the addition or removal of spas and water features.

Nick Serino has personally served as a member of the Small Business Council Nick serves on the Complaint Evaluation and Ethics Committee of the SBC, as well as the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, and is an active member of the Florida Spa and Pool Institute (FSPI).  We are also an authorized dealer for the Paramount In Floor Cleaning & Circulating System, Pebble Tec Pool Finishes, and all Hayward energy efficient pool and spa equipment.

Living Water Enterprises, Inc. has created award winning pools that decorate the landscape of some of the most distinguished homes in the area, receiving accolades from well known magazine publishers such as DuPont Registry, Longboat Key Magazine, Pool and Spa Living, and SRQ Magazine. We are a recipient of a bronze medal from the International Design Awards (sponsored by the NSPI) for design, workmanship, and overall aesthetic value of a residential free-form pool.  We have also received the prestigious Insignia Award from the Better Business Council for demonstrating excellence in customer relations.  In addition, Living Water Enterprises, Inc. was Enviropool Dealer of the Year, placing first out of 549 entrants throughout the United States.  Nick has participated on an advisory panel sponsored by “Channel 8 On Your Side” and has met with the Sarasota County Construction Building Director in an advisory capacity.
